What areas does Bugz Bug Me serve?
We serve over 20 communities across central Indiana including Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, Greenwood, Franklin, Brownsburg, Avon, Plainfield, Mooresville, Beech Grove, Southport, Greenfield, McCordsville, Fortville, New Palestine, Shelbyville, New Castle, Whiteland, and Camby.
Do you charge extra for outlying areas?
Most of our service area is included at standard rates. We may add a small travel surcharge for properties more than 30 miles from Indianapolis, but we always quote it upfront.
Can you service multiple properties under one account?
Yes. Many of our customers have a primary residence plus rental, vacation, or parents’ properties under one billing account. We coordinate scheduling across them.
What if my city is not on your list?
Call us anyway. We are continually expanding and may already cover your area. If we cannot service you directly, we will refer you to a trusted local provider.
Do you handle commercial as well as residential?
Yes. We serve restaurants, offices, multi-family housing, retail, and warehouses across the metro. Commercial customers get tailored monitoring, IPM documentation, and reporting.
How fast can you come out?
Same-day or next-day for most of the Indianapolis metro. Emergency calls fit in same-day when possible.
